We are seeking an experienced Aggregates Production Manager to join an established and growing building materials manufacturer. This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for multiple production sites, leading operational performance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and customer service.
You will oversee the safe, efficient and profitable operation of four production sites across Kent and Sussex. Leading a small team across different site, you will play a key role in developing site teams, improving productivity and delivering operational excellence across the region.

Key responsibilities of the Aggregates Production Manager :
- Lead the operational performance of four production sites across Kent and Sussex
- Drive health & safety, quality, environmental and operational standards across all locations
- Manage site budgets, maintenance planning and operational expenditure
- Coach, mentor and support Site Supervisors and their teams to maximise performance
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency
- Monitor operational performance and deliver improvements against KPIs
- Build strong working relationships with internal departments and customers
- Ensure each site consistently delivers high standards of production, service and compliance
What you need to apply for the Aggregates Production Manager vacancy:
- Experience in an Production Manager, Aggregates Production Manager, Operations Manager or multi-site manufacturing leadership role
- Experience managing multiple manufacturing or production sites
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
- Experience driving health & safety, quality and operational performance within a manufacturing environment
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to lead change across multiple sites
