Salary & Benefits

  • £13.00 - £18.00 per Hour (Dependent on Experience)
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Overtime Available During Seasonal Peaks

The Role

  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment.
  • Attend customer sites and farms to undertake breakdown repairs and planned maintenance.
  • Perform routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve machine performance and reliability.
  • Complete service documentation and reports accurately and within required timescales.
  • Assist with pre-delivery inspections and preparation of new and used machinery.


Requirements

  • Experience within agricultural, plant, construction, HGV, automotive or related engineering sectors.
  • Strong diagnostic, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.
  • Ability to work independently both in the field and within a workshop environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Agricultural machinery experience is advantageous but not essential as full product training will be provided.
