The AI Engineers will be responsible for building, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise AI agents and copilots usingMicrosoft's AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Build and maintain enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions.
  • Configure AI orchestration and multi-agent workflows.
  • Integrate AI solutions with Workday and enterprise systems.
  • Implement MCP and A2A-based communication patterns.
  • Build integrations using Microsoft Graph, APIs, connectors, and Azure services.
  • Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimisation activities.
  • Develop reusable AI components and accelerators.
  • Assist with customer demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Document solutions and support operational handover.
Required Skills & Experience Essential
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Microsoft 365 Copilot
    • Copilot Studio
    • Azure AI Services
    • Azure OpenAI
    • Power Platform
  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft Agentic AI implementations.
  • Experience developing AI agents and orchestrated workflows.
  • Experience integrating solutions with Workday.
  • Understanding of:
    • MCP (Model Context Protocol)
    • A2A (Agent-to-Agent) Protocols
    • RAG Architectures
    • AI Security and Governance
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Desirable
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Banking or regulated industry experience.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale AI deployments.
Mandatory Candidate Requirements

Candidates submitted for either role must demonstrate proven experience in:

Microsoft Agentic AI implementations

Copilot Studio and AI Agent development

Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions

Workday integration and architecture

Enterprise AI governance and responsible AI frameworks

Multi-Agent Architecture design and implementation

MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) frameworks

Azure AI and Azure OpenAI services

Customer-facing engagements and stakeholder workshops

Knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational handover

The team will be responsible for delivering:

  • Enterprise AI architecture and governance framework
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions
  • Workday-integrated AI agents
  • Multi-agent collaboration capabilities
