We are partnering with one of Europe’s most prestigious wealth managers. Backed by a globally renowned private banking group with deep heritage and stability, our client manages several billion in assets across the UK.

Operating with an entrepreneurial, high-conviction culture, they are heavily investing in next-generation technology. They are seeking a forward-thinking AI Solutions Lead to spearhead the discovery, design, and deployment of agentic AI workflows across core front-to-back business functions.

This is a high-visibility mandate bridging enterprise strategy and hands-on execution within a highly regulated, high-touch financial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Partnership & Discovery: Collaborate directly with business heads, investment teams, and operational units to uncover operational friction and define high-impact AI opportunities.

  • End-to-End Delivery: Own AI use cases from initial problem framing and rapid prototyping through to production rollout and lifecycle optimisation.

  • Agentic Workflow Architecture: Design and deploy robust AI agents and automated workflows tailored to real-world private wealth processes, operational constraints, and strict compliance boundaries.

  • Stakeholder Enablement: Facilitate discovery workshops, translate ambiguous business challenges into clear technical specifications, and demystify AI architectures for senior leadership.

  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor agent performance, user adoption, and ROI post-launch, establishing reusable deployment patterns and architectural guardrails across the firm.

Candidate Profile

  • Enterprise AI & Agentic Systems: Hands-on experience designing and implementing LLM-driven workflows, agentic tool orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), evaluations, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.

  • Bridge Builder: Proven track record operating seamlessly between commercial stakeholders and technical engineering environments.

  • Technical Foundation: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, Finance, or equivalent practical industry experience.

  • Complex Problem Solving: Ability to decompose convoluted business processes, cut through ambiguity, and build production-ready, governed solutions.

  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills in English (additional European languages such as German are a plus).

Preferred Experience

  • Prior exposure to Private Banking, Wealth Management, or wider Financial Services (e.g., Client Onboarding, KYC/AML, Portfolio Management, Advisory, Risk, or Compliance workflows).

  • Working knowledge of enterprise security frameworks, cloud integration, data governance, and regulatory compliance within banking.

  • Demonstrated experience driving user adoption and change management for disruptive technologies in corporate settings.
