Air Conditioning Engineer & Mate

Approach Personnel are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer & Mate team to join us on upcoming installation projects, with the potential for the right candidates to move into permanent, full-time positions.

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally 5+ years’ air conditioning installation experience

• Strong split-system installation experience

• Engineer able to work independently to a high standard

• Comfortable working in customers’ homes and commercial environments

• Professional, customer-focused approach

• Full UK driving licence

• Based within a sensible travelling distance of Derbyshire

Role Details:

• Engineer pay: £120–£230 per day, depending on experience

• Working hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

• Potential for permanent, full-time work for the right candidates

• Interviews will take place as part of the recruitment process
