Position: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire, West Sussex
Salary: £40,000 to £48,000

Air Conditioning Engineer required, for our client, a HVAC services provider based in Surrey, who operate across the Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex areas. The Air Conditioning Engineer will ideally be an all-rounder, as they will be responsible for reactive and planned service and maintenance across both domestic and commercial sites, as well as some installation works. Sites will range from large domestic housing, to commercial sites such as offices, schools and hotels etc.

The Air Conditioning engineer will be performing service, maintenance, breakdown and fault-finding tasks on & Air Conditioning equipment such as VRV's, VRF's Splits and Multi-splits, as well as small installations. There is no call out rota or extensive overtime, so this would suit a time served engineer, who is looking for a work life balance.

It is expected that the Air Conditioning Engineer will have proven experience within the HVAC industry and hold recognised qualifications and certifications such as an NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and refrigeration or the City and Guilds equivalent as well as F-Gas 2079 or Safe Handling of Refrigerants.

Air Conditioning Engineer Requirements

● 5+ years' experience carrying out servicing maintenance and installation on a range of air conditioning equipment.

● Customer facing

● Based within commutable distance of patch, e.g. within 45mins or so of Guildford

● Full UK driving license

● F-Gas and NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in air conditioning

Air Conditioning Engineer Position Remuneration

● Basic salary £40,000 - £48,000 DOE

● No mandatory call out rota

● Package negotiable

● Voluntary overtime available (no extensive hours)

● Company van provided with personal use
