Air Conditioning Engineer – Commercial Maintenance – London – £60,000 + Van & Benefits

We’re recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established building services contractor working across London. This role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, servicing, and repairs across commercial and residential sites.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working on a range of air conditioning systems and be confident working independently across multiple sites.

• £60,000 basic salary

Key Responsibilities:

• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial AC systems
• Reactive fault finding, repairs and breakdown response
• Servicing and maintenance of split, VRF/VRV and multi-split systems
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out remedial works
• Completing service reports and maintenance documentation
• Working across commercial buildings, residential blocks and plant rooms
• Supporting wider mechanical maintenance works when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
• F-Gas qualification (essential)
• Experience maintaining commercial air conditioning systems
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Mechanical/plumbing knowledge advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to work independently and safely
