Air Conditioning Engineer

Essentia Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well established facilities business based in Essex. 

Due to growth, they are looking for an additional Air Conditioning Engineer to join their facilities team based on site at Stanford Le Hope.

As an Air-conditioning Engineer you will be responsible for the following;

• Service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems including split units, VRV and VRF systems across 6 Buildings on site 
• Carrying out fault-finding and diagnostic work when required
• PPM & servicing 
• Assisting with other building fabric duties when required
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regs

In return there is the following package

• Basic Salary of between £40K - £43K
• Company Van
• Overtime at time 1/2 & Double Time
