We're recruiting on behalf of a leading HVAC and Building Services provider for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their growing team.

This is a mobile role covering commercial sites across the Central Belt, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and fault finding on a wide range of air conditioning equipment.

The Role

You'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing a variety of commercial air conditioning systems, ensuring clients receive a first-class service while maintaining high standards of compliance and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial air conditioning systems.
• Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdown call-outs.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Service and maintain VRV/VRF systems, split systems, multi-splits and associated equipment.
• Complete service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with industry standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service while building strong client relationships.

About You

Essential

• Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience carrying out commercial PPM and reactive maintenance.
• F-Gas Category 1 qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Desirable

• Experience working within the Facilities Management sector.
• Experience with VRV/VRF systems, AHUs and ventilation equipment.
• IPAF and PASMA certifications.
