Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a fresh challenge with a company that's genuinely investing in its future?

Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, our client is looking to recruit an additional engineer to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering varied work, ongoing training, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

You'll be working across a mix of domestic and commercial sites throughout the MIdlands, carrying out installations, servicing, maintenance, and fault finding on a range of air conditioning and HVAC systems.

As an Air Conditioning Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

✅ Installation, service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and HVAC equipment

✅ Working across a range of residential and commercial contracts

✅ Diagnosing faults and carrying out remedial works

✅ Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site

✅ Maintaining a professional image and representing the business positively

✔ F-Gas Qualification

✔ Previous experience working on air conditioning systems

✔ Full UK Driving Licence

✔ Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

✔ Positive attitude and excellent customer-facing approach
