Air Conditioning Service Engineer – London

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join a leading international HVAC manufacturer. Due to continued growth, the business is looking to strengthen its service team, supporting customers across London and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As a Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial air conditioning equipment across London. You'll provide exceptional technical support to customers while ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits.
• Diagnose faults and repair commercial air conditioning systems.
• Service and maintain VRF/VRV, split, multi-split and heat pump systems.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately using digital systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support on site.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.

About You

To be successful, you'll have:

• Proven experience servicing commercial air conditioning systems.
• F-Gas Category 1 certification.
• Experience working with VRF/VRV and split systems.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
