This is an excellent opportunity for an Air Conditioning Improver to join a growing business that offers outstanding training, exposure to high-end commercial equipment, and clear progression into a fully qualified Service Engineer.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers on a variety of commercial sites, gaining hands-on experience servicing and maintaining equipment including splits, multi-splits, VRV/VRF systems, and eventually chillers. The company has also invested in its own state-of-the-art in-house training centre, giving you the support and technical development needed to accelerate your career.

The Ideal Candidate

• F-Gas Category 1 qualified

• A positive attitude and genuine desire to learn

• Keen to build a long-term career within the HVAC industry

• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

• Full UK Driving Licence
