Salary: Up to £38,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

The Opportunity

The Role

You will be responsible for managing the full air import process, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently, compliantly, and in line with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling air import shipments from start to finish
• Liaising with airlines, overseas agents, and customers
• Completing and checking customs entries in line with HMRC regulations
• Monitoring shipment progress and providing timely updates
• Managing documentation and ensuring compliance at all stages
• Resolving any shipment issues quickly and professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in air freight imports
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and documentation
• Experience within a freight forwarding environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
