Air Source Heat Pump Installer

We are looking for an experienced Heat Pump Engineer to join a growing renewable heating company carrying out installations, servicing and maintenance across private domestic properties throughout East & West Sussex.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain air source heat pump (ASHP) systems in domestic properties.
• Carry out commissioning of new heat pump installations.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance and annual servicing.
• Complete heating system upgrades, including cylinders, pipework and associated controls.
• Ensure all work complies with current regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied residential homes.
• Complete digital job reports and certification accurately.
• Liaise with customers to explain work undertaken and provide system advice.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating (essential).
• G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification (essential).
• Previous experience installing and servicing heat pumps, ideally ASHP systems.
• Good knowledge of domestic heating systems and controls.
• Full UK driving licence.
