Aircraft Trimmer (Contract)

Role: Aircraft Interior Trimmer

Type: Contract, 6-8 weeks

We are currently recruiting skilled contract upholsterers to join our client's dedicated team at their prestigious Aerospace site in Biggin Hill. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Expert refurbishment and repair of fabric and leather seats and divans. 
• Upholstery of seats, carpet fitting, and covering replacement. 
• Mastery in patterning, cutting, and sewing fabrics and leather materials. 
• Completing covers by sewing full sets of cut patterns. 
• Proficient use of industrial sewing machines. 
• Consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations with high levels of service. 

Qualifications: 

• Vocational training in upholstery or soft goods refurbishment. 
• At least 2 years of professional experience in relevant fields. 
• Excellent manual dexterity and craftsmanship. 
• Competence in reading and interpreting work instructions. 
• High quality awareness with precise and accurate working methods. 
• Reliable and flexible, with a willingness to travel.
