Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

We're supporting a well-established logistics business looking to add an experienced Airfreight Import Coordinator to their team.

The Role
You'll manage end-to-end airfreight import shipments, acting as the key contact for customers and overseas partners. This is a fast-paced role with a strong focus on customer service, customs compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle airfreight imports from origin to delivery
• Provide shipment updates and resolve customer queries
• Liaise with overseas agents and internal teams
• Support invoicing, cost control, and quotations
• Coordinate customs clearance and documentation

Requirements

• Experience in airfreight imports (essential)
• Knowledge of customs processes and entries
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
