Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Cargo Sales Executive for a Airline GSA based in the Heathrow area.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Engagement : Meet with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and present suitable products and services
• Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
• Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new clients’ opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
• Negotiation : Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
• Reporting : Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing sales activities, client feedback, and market insights
• Customer Satisfaction : Address client queries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Industry Functions : Attend where required industry events these could be airline, client, or Company events
• Travel : There may be occasions when international travel is necessary for meetings or tenders
Required Skills and Qualifications:-

• Full UK driving license
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm
