Assistant Head Alternative Provision
Location: Henley-In-Arden area
Candidate: Must have car due to rural site
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Hours: 8:00am4:30pm

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and experienced Assistant Head to join an alternative provision setting in the Worcester area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated education professional who is passionate about supporting young people who may have faced barriers to accessing mainstream education. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Headteacher, leading staff and helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive environment where every young person has the opportunity to succeed.

The role
Support the Headteacher in the day-to-day leadership and management of the provision.
Provide strong leadership and guidance to teaching and support staff.
Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and engagement.
Support the development and implementation of effective educational and pastoral strategies.
Build positive relationships with pupils, families and external professionals.
Contribute to safeguarding and the wider wellbeing of all pupils.
Help drive continuous improvement across the provision.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am4:30pm
This is a 5-day-per-week, full-time position based in the Worcester area.
