AML Analyst

Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking an AML Analyst to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to an exciting period of growth and change within the business our client is looking for an AML Analyst to join them, working closely with the team to provide guidance and support to the business in all aspects of money-laundering controls, processes and training.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in AML and KYC, ideally in a Financial business.
This role is office-based in Kings Hill, and will be working 1 day per week at home following a successful probation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance internal processes for identifying AML red flags, utilizing staff awareness and system data
- Advising on level of EDD and CDD on live cases
- Work with Managers across the business to provide support on AMLrelated decisions
- Carry out periodic reviews of highrisk customers
- Investigate all internal AML suspicions and cases
- Act as the first point of contact for any AML / KYCrelated queries
Key Experience:
- Highlevel of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in AML / KYC within a Financial Services organization
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confident acting as the first point of contact for any questions or queries
- Understanding of FCA regulations
- Ability to asses AML / Financial Crime risk from prospective customers
- Keen eye for detail, able to work with others across the business
