Anti-Social Behaviour Officer  West London/Hybrid | £30.25 - £32.00 per hour Umbrella

A West London Local Authority is recruiting an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to take a lead role in the effective management of complex ASB cases across the borough.

You will be responsible for responding to anti-social behaviour affecting residents, including cases within the Council’s managed housing stock, while supporting domestic abuse outcomes where required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex ASB cases from initial investigation through to successful resolution and enforcement.
  • Provide expert advice and support when working with vulnerable individuals, families and groups.
  • Identify and respond effectively to risks associated with tenancy failure.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Take appropriate enforcement action in relation to breaches of tenancy, ASB and domestic abuse.
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure cases are managed in line with legislation, policies and good practice.
 

Experience/Knowledge
  • Proven experience managing complex ASB cases and enforcement action.
  • A successful track record of managing a complex caseload through to conclusion.
  • Experience identifying and managing risks associated with tenancy failure.
  • Experience working with vulnerable residents and multi-agency partners.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and good practice relating to ASB, tenancy breaches and domestic abuse.
