Facilities Management sector

Experience

Application portfolio assessment and rationalisation.

ERP integration and future-state platform decisions.

HRIS, CAFM and other enterprise applications.

Integration versus coexistence decisions.

Application migration, s and decommissioning roadmaps.

Working with an incumbent application management provider.

Comfortable operating in a multi-vendor environment and helping manage integration decisions and delivery
