Appointment Co-Ordinator

Location: Solihull
Hours: Approximately 18 hours per week
Duration: 3-month temporary assignment
Pay: £12.71 per hour

The Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a Temporary Appointment Setter to support a business development campaign targeting customers across South Africa.

This is a part-time temporary opportunity for someone who is confident making outbound business calls, building rapport and securing appointments for the client's sales team.

• Make outbound calls to businesses across South Africa.
• Introduce the client's industrial machinery and services in a professional manner.
• Engage with decision-makers and identify potential business opportunities.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Accurately record call outcomes and update internal systems.
• Meet agreed call activity and appointment targets.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in outbound telesales, appointment setting or business development.
• Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.
• The ability to communicate naturally and effectively with South African business contacts.
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Confidence speaking with decision-makers over the phone.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and manage your workload.

Experience within an industrial, engineering or manufacturing environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
