Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join a well-established stairlift engineering company. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident communicator to generate leads, contact prospective customers, and arrange appointments to support business development and sales growth.
The Appointment Setter Role

• 
  Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities
• 
  Identify potential clients and arrange appointments for the sales team
• 
  Follow up leads and maintain regular contact with prospective customers
• 
  Build rapport with clients, building owners, and managing agents
• 
  Explain the company's services and identify customer requirements
• 
  Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead information
• 
  Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion opportunities
• 
  Meet call, appointment, and lead generation targets
• 
  Manage follow-ups and maintain an organised sales pipeline
• 
  Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every call

The Appointment Setter Candidate

• 
  Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, or customer service would be advantageous
• 
  Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
• 
  Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospective customers
• 
  Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to generate new opportunities
• 
  Strong relationship-building and listening skills
• 
  Organised, with the ability to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
• 
  Comfortable using CRM systems and recording customer information
• 
  Proactive, professional, and eager to contribute to a successful sales team
