Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Welder Fabricator to join their growing team in Peterborough.

This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in engineering, gaining hands-on experience while working alongside skilled professionals. You'll receive on-the-job training, develop valuable fabrication and welding skills, and work towards a recognised qualification.

• Learn how to fabricate and weld a variety of metal components.
• Assist with the manufacture and assembly of bespoke engineering products.
• Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings with guidance from experienced colleagues.
• Use workshop tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Develop MIG and TIG welding skills to industry standards.
• Support the fabrication team to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.

• A genuine interest in engineering, welding, fabrication, or manufacturing.
• A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good practical skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English, are desirable.

• A recognised Welding & Fabrication Apprenticeship.
• Hands-on training from experienced engineers.
