• Rate of pay £20.18 per hour
• Full-time | Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm | Friday 8:00am–2:30pm

On-Call & Additional Benefits

• Monthly on-call rota with a £100 call-out bonus (paid whether called out or not)
• Minimum 4 hours paid per call-out, even if the job takes less time
• Van and tools provided

An established Facilities Management provider in the Northeast is seeking a Time Served Electrician to join their team. The business delivers a wide range of services including air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and catering equipment support to a diverse client base.

This is a site-based position involving:

• Electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults
• Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with current safety standards and regulations
• Working collaboratively to meet service deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• Time Served Electrician
• Experience in electrical work, maintenance, and repair
• Fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of electrical engineering principles
• Relevant electrical qualifications/certifications
• Experience within facilities management or similar sector
