Approved Plumber - Watford

BMSL require an experienced Approved Plumber with a maintenance background for 3-4 weeks work (possibly longer) in Watford.

Your duties will include maintain building services across the site, with a focus on general maintenance and basic plumbing works. - Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks. - Perform basic plumbing repairs, including taps, toilets, pipework, valves, and drainage issues. - Inspect building services equipment and report any faults. - Diagnose and repair minor mechanical and plumbing problems. - Work with contractors and other engineers when required. - Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures. - Keep maintenance records and complete work orders accurately. - Support the day-to-day operation of the building and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
