ArchiCAD Technician

Location: Remote (UK) – Training and occasional update days in Droitwich
Salary: £13.50 per hour (£26,500 per annum equivalent)
Contract Type: Full Time – Temporary (3 Month Assignment)

Working Hours

Week One
  • Monday to Friday
  • 11:00am – 8:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)

Week Two
  • Tuesday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch)
  • Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced CAD Technician to join a well-established business on a 3-month temporary assignment. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility of working from home, with training and occasional update days taking place at the company’s office in Droitwich, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

This role is ideal for someone with previous ArtiCAD experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Please note that this is not a design role. You will be responsible for processing CAD requests, updating customer layouts and supporting the sales team by producing accurate CAD drawings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process CAD requests through the in-house system.
  • Produce accurate bathroom layouts using ArtiCAD software.
  • Update and amend existing customer CAD drawings.
  • Support the sales team with timely CAD documentation.
  • Provide administrative support relating to customer CAD packs when required.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.

Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience using ArtiCAD is essential.
  • Good understanding of CAD software and technical drawings.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently from home.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
