Architect – Commercial & Hospitality Projects

Our client is an award-winning, AJ100-listed architecture practice with an established reputation for delivering high-quality commercial, workplace and hospitality projects across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a talented Architect to join their London studio.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and design-led practice where you'll work alongside experienced architects on technically challenging projects, with the opportunity to broaden your experience across both the commercial and hospitality sectors.

The Role

Joining the Commercial team, you will play an important role in the technical delivery of projects, with occasional involvement in hospitality schemes as workloads require. The current project portfolio is predominantly at RIBA Stage 4, making this an ideal opportunity for an architect who enjoys technical detailing, coordination and delivering high-quality design information.

Working closely with senior architects, consultants and clients, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects while developing your own responsibilities within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of commercial and workplace projects through RIBA Stage 4.

• Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawing packages using Revit.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary consultant teams to ensure coordinated project information.

• Develop technical solutions that meet design intent, programme and statutory requirements.

• Participate in design coordination meetings with internal and external project teams.

• Assist with project delivery to programme, budget and quality standards.

• Contribute to hospitality projects where required, providing support across multiple sectors.

• Maintain high standards of technical documentation and BIM coordination.

About You

• Qualified Architect with a minimum of two years' post-Part 3 experience.

• Experience delivering commercial, workplace or hospitality projects within the UK.

• Strong technical delivery skills, particularly at RIBA Stage 4.

• Proficient in Revit (essential).

• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.

• Experience coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.

• Organised, proactive and able to manage priorities across multiple projects.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
