The Role

  • Lead architectural projects through all RIBA work stages, from concept to completion
  • Take responsibility for projects typically valued between £3m-£10m
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and key stakeholders
  • Produce and oversee technical design information and construction documentation
  • Attend client presentations, site inspections and project coordination meetings
  • Monitor programme, budget and quality to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to the wider success of the practice


The Ideal Candidate

  • ARB-registered Architect with several years' post-Part 3 experience
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently from feasibility through to completion
  • Experience delivering projects within the education, healthcare or industrial (manufacturing rather than logistics) sectors
  • Demonstrable track record managing projects valued between £3m-£10m
  • Excellent technical knowledge with a thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • Revit experience is desirable
  • Strong communication, organisational and client management skills
  • Passionate about producing high-quality, technically robust architecture within a collaborative design-led environment
