Location: Leeds, Birmingham, Worcester, Bath, Nottingham, London
Salary: £50-60,000
An exciting opportunity is available for an accomplished Healthcare Lead to join an established, multidisciplinary consultancy recognised for delivering high-quality and forward-thinking design solutions. This senior role would suit a professional seeking to take responsibility for an expanding portfolio across primary, secondary and acute care settings, while contributing significantly to the continued development and growth of the healthcare team.
Working collaboratively with clients, consultants and internal teams, you will take the lead on complex healthcare projects from inception through to completion, driving design quality and supporting the identification of new commercial opportunities. For candidates located in Bath, Nottingham or Leeds, the position also provides an opportunity to develop and grow the consultancy's healthcare architecture capabilities across these regional offices.

Daily Duties
- Take responsibility for the planning, design and successful delivery of healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, consultants and wider project stakeholders
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within agreed budgets and to consistently high standards
- Contribute to business development activity, supporting the winning of new healthcare commissions and development of long-term client partnerships
- Manage BIM and Revit processes, maintaining well-coordinated and accurate project information
- Provide guidance, mentoring and technical leadership to less experienced team members
- Ensure project designs meet applicable healthcare standards, regulations, guidance and recognised industry best practice
Ideal Candidate Profile
- ARB-registered Architect, or a qualified Architectural Technologist/Architectural Technician with CIAT accreditation
- Proven track record of delivering healthcare projects within the UK
- Comprehensive understanding of primary, secondary and acute healthcare environments
- Previous experience managing projects and developing strong client relationships
- Confident user of Revit with a solid understanding of BIM processes and workflows
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercially minded, with experience in or a genuine interest in supporting business development
- Comfortable travelling when required and motivated to contribute to the expansion of regional healthcare teams
