Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Birmingham. Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to support their growing Data Centre team.
Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:
- Support the technical delivery of Data Centre-focused projects
- Assist in the preparation of detailed planning application submissions
- Produce high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and visuals to clearly convey design intent
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planning consultants to ensure timely project delivery
- Contribute to technical detailing and construction documentation
- Work closely with the practice’s Technical Director to maintain quality and compliance
Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:
- Proficient in Revit
- Experience with commercial and/or industrial projects, ideally including Data Centres
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and technical detailing
- Experience preparing planning applications and technical documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment
- Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
