Job Overview

Architectural Technician job in Guildford, Surrey, with an architectural practice specialising in retail design, refurbishment and fit-out projects. This permanent opportunity suits candidates with at least 3 years of retail sector experience, strong Revit skills and knowledge of UK Building Regulations. You will coordinate projects from smaller retail refurbishments to major fit-outs, supporting delivery across multiple stages.

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate retail design, refurbishment and fit-out projects

• Produce and coordinate architectural information using Revit

• Support project delivery across different stages

• Liaise with design teams, clients and project stakeholders

• Manage workloads and meet agreed project deadlines

Skills & Experience Required

• At least 3 years of relevant retail sector experience

• Proven retail design, refurbishment and fit-out experience

• Strong Revit proficiency

• Good knowledge of current UK Building Regulations

• Effective communication, organisation and project coordination skills

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary, dependent on experience

• Hybrid working, 2 days weekly after 6 months' probation

• Annual leave increasing from 20 to 30 days, plus bank holidays

• Additional monthly half-day leave and Christmas closure
