Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Manage and deliver retail projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
• Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure successful delivery of projects

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Degree within architectural technology
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
• Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
• CIAT chartership is advantageous
• Experience managing projects within the retail sector is desirable
• Strong technical and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Harrogate area
