Are you an Architectural Technologist looking to join an established RIBA Chartered practice with an outstanding reputation for delivering award-winning projects across the Healthcare, Residential and Commercial sectors?
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly respected architectural studio that has been designing and delivering quality buildings for over 45 years. With a strong pipeline of work, particularly within the Healthcare sector, you'll join a collaborative team that combines technical excellence with a genuine passion for creating practical, sustainable and innovative architecture. The practice has extensive experience delivering projects nationwide for both private and corporate clients, managing schemes from initial concept right through to completion.
The Role
Working alongside a talented team of Architects and Technologists, you'll play a key role in the technical delivery of a diverse range of projects, with Healthcare schemes forming a significant part of the workload. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute towards Residential, Commercial and specialist projects, producing high-quality technical information and helping deliver buildings that make a real difference to their users.
The practice embraces modern technology and collaborative working, investing in BIM processes, sustainability and innovative design tools to ensure projects are delivered to the highest possible standards.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for an Architectural Technologist who is passionate about technical design and enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
Ideally you'll have:
- A degree in Architectural Technology
- Around 5 years' industry experience, preferably within an architectural practice
- Experience working on Healthcare projects would be highly advantageous
- Residential and/or Commercial sector experience will also be considered
- ArchiCAD experience would be beneficial, although not essential
- Revit knowledge would be advantageous but isn't a requirement
- Strong technical detailing and Building Regulations knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving

- Salary in the region of £34,000 - £40,000, depending on experience
