Architectural Technologist

Our client a Bespoke Architect Practice are looking for a Architectural Technologist with Autodesk Revit experience.

The role of Architectural Technologist Revit 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality technical design work and enjoys working collaboratively on a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities of Architectural Technologist Revit 

• Produce accurate technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Develop and coordinate BIM models using Revit.
• Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery.
• Ensure designs comply with current Building Regulations and relevant standards.
• Attend project meetings and assist with site visits as required.
• Support projects from concept through to completion.

Essential Requirements Revit 

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an Architectural Technologist role.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit with the ability to produce high-quality technical drawings.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

• Experience working on residential or mixed-use developments.
• Knowledge of additional Autodesk or Adobe software.
• CIAT membership or working towards accreditation.
