🗓️ Full time- 40 hours per week

📍Hampshire and surrounding areas

💷 Salary: £28k-£32k DOE

Our client is an established facilities management company based in the heart of Portsmouth with a portfolio of clients around the South coast spanning building and property management. 

They provide comprehensive facilities management service across all aspects of building and property maintenance. The role: 

We're looking experienced Area Cleaning Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across Hampshire and the surrounding area.

This isn’t a typical 9–5 role..

We don’t expect you to sit in an office watching the clock..

We expect you to look after your customers, support your teams and ensure our standards remain exceptional!

• Managing a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts.
• Supporting, motivating and developing your cleaning teams.
• Carrying out quality audits and site inspections.
• Building strong relationships with customers.
• Recruiting and training new team members.
• Managing staff rotas, absence and holiday cover.
• Solving problems before they become complaints.
• Ensuring sites remain compliant with health and safety requirements.

What we're looking for: 

• Previous experience managing multiple cleaning contracts (desirable).
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
• Takes ownership and enjoys solving problems.
• MUST HAVE a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
