An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Area Manager to join a well-established hospitality business, overseeing two premium venues in Edinburgh.
We're looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for exceptional hospitality, strong commercial awareness and the ability to develop high-performing management teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a premium restaurant, café or hotel background who thrives in an operational role and enjoys leading from the front.
The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of two established venues.
- Support, coach and develop management teams.
- Drive exceptional guest service and operational standards.
- Manage labour costs and improve commercial performance.
- Ensure consistency across both sites through strong leadership and attention to detail.
- Be actively involved in service and lead by example.
About You
- Previous multi-site, Operations Manager or senior General Manager experience.
- Background within premium hospitality.
- Strong financial and labour management experience.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Package
- £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience.
- Pension.
- 48-hour contract.
- 5-day working week.
