An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Area Manager to join a well-established hospitality business, overseeing two premium venues in Edinburgh.

We're looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for exceptional hospitality, strong commercial awareness and the ability to develop high-performing management teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a premium restaurant, café or hotel background who thrives in an operational role and enjoys leading from the front.

The Role

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of two established venues.
  • Support, coach and develop management teams.
  • Drive exceptional guest service and operational standards.
  • Manage labour costs and improve commercial performance.
  • Ensure consistency across both sites through strong leadership and attention to detail.
  • Be actively involved in service and lead by example.

About You

  • Previous multi-site, Operations Manager or senior General Manager experience.
  • Background within premium hospitality.
  • Strong financial and labour management experience.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Package

  • £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience.
  • Pension.
  • 48-hour contract.
  • 5-day working week.
