We are recruiting for an experienced Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of domiciliary care branches across Newcastle and the surrounding areas. The organisation is open to considering a strong Registered Manager who is ready to step into a wider multi-site role and take on increased responsibility.

• Provide operational leadership across multiple domiciliary care branches
• Support, coach and develop Registered Managers to achieve strong service performance
• Monitor branch performance against operational, quality and commercial targets
• Ensure services maintain full compliance with CQC regulations
• Conduct regular quality audits, reviews and performance meetings
• Drive continuous improvement across the region
• Support the growth and development of branches, including increasing care hours and client numbers
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, commissioners and key stakeholders
• Analyse performance data and identify areas for improvement
• Support Registered Managers with safeguarding, incidents, complaints and regulatory matters
• Work closely with senior leadership to deliver regional objectives

• Previous Area Manager, Regional Manager or Registered Manager experience within domiciliary care
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and adult social care
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of service growth
• Experience managing teams and driving operational performance
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong quality assurance and compliance knowledge
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification would be advantageous
