Area Sales Manager in South West

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are recruiting for a Area Sales Manager for Manufacturing company . This role will be covering The SOUTH WEST OF ENGLAND AND THE SOUTH WALES so you need to be based in the Bristol / Gloucester area ideally.

This role is responsible for driving commercial growth and delivering sales budgets across the product range, ensuring profitable expansion in line with business KPIs.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate on a specification approach for our huge portfolio, developing a strong pipeline with major distributors and the Specification team.
• Implement sales strategies
• Work alongside peers to develop key market opportunities
• Lead the strategic direction of category sales within your region.
• Stay engaged across the business, with a particular focus on the Sales function.

Route to Market / Client base is Trade, Builders merchants, DIY /Retail and Electrical Distributors
