Area Sales Manager

Hull / Grimsby & Surrounding Region
£50,000 - £60,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Car + Benefits

An established and highly respected packaging manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to develop and grow business across the Hull and Grimsby region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with a proven background in the packaging industry who enjoys building long-term customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

• Develop new business across the Hull, Grimsby and surrounding areas.
• Manage and grow an established portfolio of key accounts.
• Sell a broad range of packaging solutions into manufacturing, food & beverage, logistics, distribution and industrial customers.
• Build relationships with procurement, operations and senior management teams.
• Identify customer requirements and provide tailored packaging solutions.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and achieve sales and margin targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts.

• Essential: Previous field sales experience within the packaging industry.
• Proven ability to win new business while developing existing customer accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory effectively.
• Full UK driving licence.

• £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary
