The Role- Delivering engaging and imaginative Art lessons that inspire students of all abilities.
- Encouraging creativity through a diverse range of artistic techniques, mediums, and projects.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel confident to experiment and express themselves.
- Supporting students in developing technical skills, critical thinking, and artistic independence.
- Monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback to help every student achieve their potential.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the wider school curriculum and creative opportunities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- A genuine passion for Art and Creative Education.
- The ability to motivate, engage, and inspire young people.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
