An enthusiastic and organised Art & Design Technician is required to join an Outstanding secondary school based in Brent Cross, North West London, starting in September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a thriving and supportive Art department, providing practical and technical support to both teachers and students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing materials, maintaining equipment and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

The Role
- Prepare and organise materials, tools and equipment for practical Art & Design lessons.
- Support teachers during practical classroom activities where required.
- Maintain art equipment, machinery and specialist resources.
- Monitor stock levels and order materials when necessary.
- Ensure the art studios, classrooms and storage areas are organised, clean and safe.
- Display students' artwork throughout the school.
- Adhere to health and safety procedures within the department.
- Assist with setting up exhibitions, displays and school events.

Art & Design Technician Information
