  • Investigate complaints, gather evidence and identify appropriate actions.
  • Support customers affected by ASB and maintain regular communication throughout cases.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, police, local authorities, legal teams and external agencies.
  • Maintain accurate case records, reports and documentation.
  • Attend customer visits, meetings and case reviews across Devon.
  • Support legal action where required and ensure cases are progressed effectively.
  • Contribute to creating safe, inclusive and sustainable communities.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience dealing with anti-social behaviour, challenging situations, investigations or conflict resolution.
  • Background in housing, policing, community safety, enforcement or another transferable customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and partner agencies.
  • Ability to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively and work independently.
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail when maintaining case records.
  • A willingness to learn and develop, with training provided.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Flexibility to travel across Devon for customer visits and meetings.
Benefits:
  • Salary of £32,000-£40,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid and flexible working.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service.
  • Option to buy or sell annual leave.
  • Additional wellbeing and paid volunteering days.
  • Pension scheme with employer contributions up to 12%.
  • Life assurance.
  • Enhanced family leave.
  • Private medical, dental and critical illness insurance options.
  • Discounted gym membership.
  • 24/7 virtual GP access.
  • Training, support and career development opportunities.
If you're looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference within communities while developing your career, we'd like to hear from you.
