The Opportunity
Licensed Asbestos Supervisor to step in as someone hands in their notice. With major demolition and remediation schemes underway, they need a supervisor who can take control of licensed works, keep standards tight, and support a team that prides itself on doing things properly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running licensed asbestos removal operations day‑to‑day.
- Ensuring all paperwork, enclosures, and procedures are spot‑on — licence is precious and must be protected.
- Leading operatives and maintaining discipline and safety.
- Using Asure360 for all asbestos documentation and SharePoint for wider project control.
- Working closely with Contract Managers and Ops Directors, with catch‑ups at the office.
- Supporting directly‑employed teams — Client prefers to retain and develop their own people when they can.
What You Need
- Licensed Asbestos Supervisor qualification.
- CAT A training + relevant cards.
- SMSTS or SSSTS (nice to have).
- Experience on large, complex asbestos jobs.
