You will oversee social housing properties throughout Hemel Hempstead. This is the perfect opportunity to step into a permanent position if you already have asbestos surveying experience.
I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as an Asbestos Surveyor, holds a P402 qualification, and a strong background within social housing.
As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be:
- Producing reports and associated documentation
- Doing 5-6 surveys per day
- Surveying Social Housing qualifications
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
- Relevant qualifications to support their expertise
- Experience working within social housing
- A strong backgrounds that shows accuracy and compliance
- Proven experience within asbestos
- Knowledge of asbestos surveying
The role is offering:
- £34k-£40k
- Company car
- Generous annual leave, pension contributions, and additional benefits
Location & travel:
This role covers the Stevenage area and, with a company car provided, you'll have the flexibility to travel straight from home to site, as required.
