Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: South West (Gloucester & Surrounding Areas)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 base salary (OTE including weekends: £46,000)

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join our team covering Gloucester and surrounding areas in the South West.
In this role, you will perform a full range of asbestos surveying duties across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties, delivering clear technical advice and accurate survey reporting to support clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct asbestos sampling, reinspections, Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial properties in compliance with HSG264 and standard operating procedures.
• Collect precise site data and safely transport asbestos samples to approved UKAS‑accredited laboratories.
• Produce detailed survey reports and CAD drawings using electronic software.
• Build and maintain client relationships, providing expert advice and technical support.

• BOHS P402 certification (or recognised equivalent).
• Proven asbestos surveying experience across domestic, commercial, or industrial sectors.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).

• Company Vehicle: Company car or van provided to support regional travel (approx. 10,000 business miles per annum).
