Job Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 support to students with ASD and additional learning needs.
* Support students with communication, social interaction, learning, and emotional regulation.
* Assist teachers and SEN professionals in delivering personalised support strategies.
* Help students manage sensory needs and develop coping strategies.
* Support small groups with activities both inside and outside the classroom.
* Encourage positive behaviour, independence, confidence, and social development.
