The role

• Working with a team of 3 across at an asphalt plant
• Batching asphalt
• Operating the weighbridge
• Operating the loading shovel
• General site maintenance
• Mon- Fri 5:30am to 4:30pm, every other Sat AM, and Sun/ Nights when required

What you need

• A positive attitude to work and keen to learn & develop
• Flexibility in terms of hours, days, and responsibilities
• A loading shovel ticket would be beneficial
• Any experience of asphalt, concrete, cement, aggregates etc, would be beneficial
• Experience of working in an environment where H&S is paramount
