Role: Assembler

Location: Stockbridge

Salary: £13.00 - £14.50ph

Proactive are currently in search of multiple Assemblers to start work immediately with a company based in Stockbridge. This is an exciting opportunity working for a market leading manufacturing company offering ample opportunity for progression and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assembly of parts
• Fitting of parts and components
• Reading and understanding assembly diagrams
• Meeting set production targets
• Ensure products are built to appropriate quality standards.
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times
• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient work area
• Escalate issues to line management as required
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.

Knowledge, Education, and Skills

• Ability to prioritise workload
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
• Strong communication and team working skills
• High regard for Health and Safety
• Gives and welcomes feedback and contributes to building a positive team spirit
