Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to FridayMorning and Afternoon shifts both available
We are currently recruiting for an Assembler / Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Reading.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience working within a manufacturing, production or assembly environment who is confident using a variety of hand tools.
Duties will include:- Carrying out assembly work within a manufacturing environment
- Completing mechanical and general assembly tasks
- Using a variety of hand tools
- Following work instructions and engineering/assembly drawings
- Ensuring products are assembled accurately and to a high standard
- Carrying out basic quality checks
- Previous assembly, production or manufacturing experience
- Must have previous experience using hand tools
- Good attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and work accurately
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working as part of a production team
